Visa Oman

Visa regulations for Oman can be confusing due to recent changes and misinformation online. Here, you'll find up-to-date and accurate information about Oman’s visa requirements.

Your passport must be valid for at least six months upon entry. Visa rules vary by nationality:
Visa-Free Entry (14 Days): Nationals from 103 countries, including all EU countries, can stay visa-free for up to 14 days. A passport stamp is given upon arrival, and overstays incur a fee of 10 OMR per day. Extensions are not possible.
E-Visa for Longer Stays: If staying beyond 14 days, you must apply for an e-visa via the Royal Oman Police e-Visa portal. This visa allows a 30-day stay, must be used within 30 days of approval, and costs 20 OMR. It can be extended twice, only a few days before expiry, either online or at a police visa office (e.g., in Seeb).
